    Amends the Illinois Clean Public Elevator Air Act. Makes a technical change concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning health.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Clean Public Elevator Air Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (410 ILCS 83/1)  (was 720 ILCS 560/1)
7     Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as the
8 "Illinois Clean Public Elevator Air Act".
