1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The State Commemorative Dates Act is amended by
5 adding Section 149 as follows:

6     (5 ILCS 490/149 new)
7     Sec. 149. National PTSD Awareness Day. The twenty-seventh
8 day of June of each year is designated as National PTSD
9 Awareness Day to be observed throughout the State as a day of
10 awareness and recognition of how post-traumatic stress
11 disorder affects the lives of those impacted by it.
