    Amends the Broadband Access on Passenger Rail Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Broadband Access on Passenger Rail Law is
5 amended by changing Section 5-1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 2712/5-1)
7     Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Broadband Access on Passenger Rail Law.
