SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Mary Louise (Linsner) Bobrytzke of Des Plaines, who passed away on January 27, 2024; and

WHEREAS, Mary Bobrytzke was born to John and Louise (Bose) Linsner on November 15, 1932; she married Robert "Bob" Bobrytzke; and

WHEREAS, Mary Bobrytzke was a gifted quilter, knitter, and seamstress; and

WHEREAS, Mary Bobrytzke created many memories with her husband, including taking trips to Lake Como and Chicago and spending holidays with extended family; she was a member of several church groups and enjoyed playing mahjong; and

WHEREAS, Mary Bobrytzke was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Bob; her parents; and her brothers, Jack, Jerry, and Bobby; and

WHEREAS, Mary Bobrytzke is survived by her children, John (Mary) Bobrytzke, George (Cynthia) Bobrytzke, Andrew Bobrytzke, and Karen (Steve) Hutt; her grandchildren, Augie (Katie Blum), Hannah (Casey Carbaugh), Madison (Andrew Heitz), Caitlin (Michael Russell), and Erik (Leah); and her great-grandchildren, Jamie, Quinn, Evelyn, and Lila; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Mary Louise (Linsner) Bobrytzke and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Mary Bobrytzke as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
