    Amends the Court Statistics Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning courts.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Court Statistics Act is amended by changing
5 Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (705 ILCS 125/0.01)  (from Ch. 25, par. 29.9)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~
8 Court Statistics Act.
