 1        AN ACT concerning veterans.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Veterans Burial Places Act is amended  by
 5    changing Section 3.1 as follows:

 6        (330 ILCS 110/3.1) (from Ch. 21, par. 59c1)
 7        Sec. 3.1.  The Department of Veterans' Affairs must adopt
 8    shall  promulgate  rules  and procedures reasonably necessary
 9    for the administration of this Act.
