 1        AN ACT in relation to health.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Developmental  Disability  and   Mental
 5    Disability Services Act is amended by changing Section 1-1 as
 6    follows:

 7        (405 ILCS 80/1-1) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 1801-1)
 8        Sec.  1-1.  Short title.  This Article shall be known and
 9    may be cited as the Developmental Disabilities Services Law.
