 1        AN ACT concerning quick-take proceedings.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Code of Civil  Procedure  is  amended  by
 5    changing  Sections  7-103.36  and 7-103.70 and adding Section
 6    7-103.102 as follows:

 7        (735 ILCS 5/7-103.36)
 8        Sec.   7-103.36.  Quick-take;   Grand   Avenue   Railroad
 9    Relocation Authority. Quick-take  proceedings  under  Section
10    7-103  may  be used for a period beginning July 14, 1995, and
11    ending one year after the effective date of  this  amendatory
12    Act resulting from the approval of House Bill 333 of the 93rd
13    General  Assembly,  one year after the effective date of this
14    amendatory Act of the 92nd  General  Assembly  by  the  Grand
15    Avenue  Railroad  Relocation  Authority  for the Grand Avenue
16    Railroad Grade  Separation  Project  within  the  Village  of
17    Franklin Park, Illinois.

20        Sec.    7-103.70.  Quick-take;    Southwestern   Illinois
21    Development Authority.  Quick-take proceedings under  Section
22    7-103  may  be  used  for  a period from May 22, 1998 through
23    August 30, 2004 to  August  30,  2002,  by  the  Southwestern
24    Illinois  Development  Authority pursuant to the Southwestern
25    Illinois Development Authority Act for a project  as  defined
26    in Section 3 of that Act.
