 1        AN ACT concerning conservation.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  River  Conservancy  Districts  Act   is
 5    amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

 6        (70 ILCS 2105/2) (from Ch. 42, par. 384)
 7        Sec. 2.  Judicial notice.  All courts in this State shall
 8    take  judicial  notice  of  the  existence of all conservancy
 9    districts organized under this Act.
