 1        AN ACT in relation to estates.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section   5.  The  Uniform Anatomical Gift Act is amended
 5    by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (755 ILCS 50/1) (from Ch. 110 1/2, par. 301)
 7        Sec. 1.  Short title Title.  This Act may be cited as the
 8    Uniform Anatomical Gift Act.
