 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 1.  The amount of $3,000,000, or so much of  that
 5    amount  as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
 6    Revenue Fund to Southern Illinois University  for  renovation
 7    of  the  Boardview  Hotel building for a hospitality training
 8    center.

 9        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act  takes  effect  on
10    July 1, 2003.
