 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The amount of $1, or so much of that amount
 5    as may be necessary,  is  appropriated  from  the  Registered
 6    Certified Public Accountants' Administration and Disciplinary
 7    Fund  to  the  Illinois  Board  of  Examiners for  transition
 8    expenses  in  relation  to  the  transfer  of  licensing  and
 9    discipline responsibility from the Department of Professional
10    Regulation.

11        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act  takes  effect  on
12    July 1, 2003.
