 1        AN ACT in relation to airports.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  1.  Short  title.  This  Act may be cited as the
 5    Peotone Airport Act.

 6        Section 5.  Construction of an airport  at  Peotone.  Any
 7    expansion  of  Chicago  O'Hare  International Airport may not
 8    commence or continue until an airport has been constructed at
 9    Peotone, Illinois.

10        Section  10.  Acquisition  of  land  for  an  airport  at
11    Peotone. State moneys may not be expended on any expansion of
12    Chicago O'Hare  International  Airport  until  the  State  of
13    Illinois   has   acquired   all   lands   necessary  for  the
14    construction of an airport at Peotone, Illinois.
