SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 510/510-1

Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Department of Children and Family Services.

AN ACT in relation to executive agencies.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by changing Section 510-1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 510/510-1)

Sec. 510-1. Article Short Title short title. This Article 510 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the Department of Children and Family Services Powers Law.
