Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title. Amends the Beer Industry Fair Dealing Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT in relation to alcohol.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Liquor Control Act of 1934 is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(235 ILCS 5/1-1) (from Ch. 43, par. 93.9)

Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Liquor Control Act of 1934.

Section 10. The Beer Industry Fair Dealing Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Beer Industry Fair Dealing Act".
