320 ILCS 25/3.01

Amends the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act. Adds a caption to a Section concerning the definition of "claimant".

A BILL FOR

AN ACT in relation to senior citizens and disabled persons.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act is amended by changing Section 3.01 as follows:

(320 ILCS 25/3.01) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 403.01)

Sec. 3.01. Claimant. "Claimant" means an individual who has filed a claim under this Act.
