 1        AN ACT in relation to pensions.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The  Illinois  Pension  Code  is amended by
 5    changing Section 13-101 as follows:

 6        (40 ILCS 5/13-101) (from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 13-101)
 7        Sec.  13-101.   Creation  of  Fund.   In  each   sanitary
 8    district  organized  under the Metropolitan Water Reclamation
 9    District Act, a Sanitary District  Employees'  and  Trustees'
10    Annuity  and  Benefit  Fund  shall  be  created,  set  apart,
11    maintained and administered, in the manner prescribed in this
12    Article for the benefit of the employees herein designated in
13    this  Article  and  their beneficiaries. Beginning January 1,
14    1992, the Fund shall  be  known  as  the  Metropolitan  Water
15    Reclamation District Retirement Fund.
