Amends the Illinois Physical Therapy Act. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT in relation to the regulation of professions.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Physical Therapy Act is amended by changing Section 34 as follows:

(225 ILCS 90/34) (from Ch. 111, par. 4284)

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2006)

Sec. 34. Short title. This Act may be known and cited as the "Illinois Physical Therapy Act".
