Amends the Fireworks Use Act. Makes a technical change in the Section that prohibits fireworks showers in theatres and public halls.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning fireworks.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Fireworks Use Act is amended by changing Section 3.2 as follows:

(425 ILCS 35/3.2) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 129.2)

Sec. 3.2. The use of what are technically known as fireworks showers or any mixture containing potassium chlorate, and sulphur in theatres or public halls is hereby prohibited.
