    Amends the Public Officer Simultaneous Tenure Act. Makes a technical change in a Section containing the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Public Officer Simultaneous Tenure Act is
5 amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (50 ILCS 110/0.01)  (from Ch. 102, par. 4.9)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
8 cited as thePublic Officer Simultaneous Tenure Act.
