 1        AN ACT in relation to wildlife.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Wildlife  Code  is  amended  by  changing
 5    Section 1.2 as follows:

 6        (520 ILCS 5/1.2) (from Ch. 61, par. 1.2)
 7        Sec.  1.2.  Administration; definitions.   This Act shall
 8    be administered by and under the direction of the  Department
 9    of  Natural  Resources.   As  used  in  this  Act, unless the
10    context otherwise requires, the terms specified  in  Sections
11    following this Section and preceding Section 1.3 1.2a through
12    1.2t have the meanings ascribed to them in those Sections.
