    Amends the Local Mass Transit District Act. Repeals a Section concerning the annexation of contiguous territory.

1     AN ACT concerning special districts.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     (70 ILCS 3610/8.5 rep.)
5     Section 5. The Local Mass Transit District Act is amended
6 by repealing Section 8.5.
