 1        AN ACT in relation to health in the workplace.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Workers' Compensation Act is amended by
 5    changing Section 18 as follows:

 6        (820 ILCS 305/18) (from Ch. 48, par. 138.18)
 7        Sec. 18.  All questions arising under this  Act,  if  not
 8    settled  by  agreement  of  the interested parties interested
 9    therein, shall, except as otherwise provided,  be  determined
10    by the Commission.
