HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Education is one of the most noble professions that an individual can choose; and

WHEREAS, Miss Lorraine Supinski of Chicago has taught for over 50 years in many schools in the Chicago area; and

WHEREAS, She taught at St. Salomea in the Roseland area, at Queen of the Universe in Chicago, at St. Mary of Czestochowa in Cicero, at Immaculate Conception in Chicago for 25 years, and at Bridgeport Catholic Academy from 1985 until 1999, where she continued to serve as a volunteer resource teacher from 1999 to 2005; and

WHEREAS, Her many years of teaching have provided her the distinction of 50 years of service to the Archdiocese of Chicago; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we salute Miss Lorraine Supinski of Chicago for her dedication to the education of students in the State of Illinois, and for her 50 years of service to the Archdiocese of Chicago; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to her as an expression of our deepest respect and esteem and our many thanks for her devotion to the noble pursuit that is education.
