 1                          HOUSE RESOLUTION

 2        RESOLVED,  BY  THE  HOUSE  OF  REPRESENTATIVES   OF   THE
 3    NINETY-THIRD  GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
 4    the Auditor General of the State of Illinois must  conduct  a
 5    financial  audit,  management audit, and program audit of the
 6    Rend Lake Conservancy District and file a certified  copy  of
 7    the  report  of  the  audits  with  the Governor and with the
 8    Legislative Audit Commission; and be it further

 9        RESOLVED, that the Rend Lake  Conservancy  District  must
10    reimburse the Auditor General for the cost of the audits.
