1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the
3 State of Illinois are pleased to congratulate Firefighter/EMT
4 John Fagan of LaGrange Park on being named 2003 Firefighter of
5 the Year by the Brookfield-LaGrange Park Lions Club; and

6     WHEREAS, John Fagan is a valuable asset to the LaGrange
7 Park Fire Department and his hard-working attitude is
8 noteworthy; he pursues additional educational opportunities
9 and takes all of his tasks seriously; he displays exceptional
10 courtesy to everyone he deals with; and

11     WHEREAS, Firefighter Fagan is especially interested in
12 assisting the education of new personnel and providing
13 direction to young firefighters; he has displayed impressive
14 qualities that have led to his being selected Firefighter of
15 the Year; therefore, be it

16     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
17 NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
18 congratulate Firefighter/EMT John Fagan of LaGrange Park on
19 being named 2003 Firefighter of the Year by the
20 Brookfield-LaGrange Park Lions Club; and be it further

21     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
22 presented to Firefighter/EMT John Fagan as an expression of our
23 respect and esteem.
