1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives wish to recognize Rabbi and Mrs. Yaakov
4 Rajchenbach on being chosen by the Chicago Center for Torah and
5 Chesed as the recipients of the Parnes Torah V'Chesed Award;
6 and

7     WHEREAS, The Chicago Center for Torah and Chesed is an
8 organization committed to the twin goals of furthering and
9 fostering Torah growth and Chesed outreach; and

10     WHEREAS, The Rajchenbach's embody the Middah of Chesed and
11 exemplify total dedication to Torah and their community; and

12     WHEREAS, Rabbi and Mrs. Yaakov Rajchenbach will be honored
13 at the annual banquet of the Chicago Center for Torah and
14 Chesed on May 23, 2004 at the Midwest Conference Center in
15 Chicago; therefore, be it

16     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
17 NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
18 recognize Rabbi and Mrs. Yaakov Rajchenbach for their
19 commitment to the principles of the Chicago Center for Torah
20 and Chesed and on being honored as Parnes Torah V'Chesed Award
21 recipients; and be it further

22     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
23 presented to Rabbi and Mrs. Yaakov Rajchenbach as a token of
24 our respect.
