 1        AN ACT in relation to environmental safety.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Environmental Protection Act  is  amended
 5    by changing Section 22.10 as follows:

 6        (415 ILCS 5/22.10) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1022.10)
 7        Sec.  22.10. Permits; multiple generators. The Agency may
 8    issue permits that which authorize  owners  or  operators  of
 9    treatment,  storage and disposal facilities to receive Agency
10    approved categories of waste from multiple generators.
