 1        AN ACT concerning disabled persons.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The  Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Act is
 5    amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 2405/1) (from Ch. 23, par. 3430)
 7        Sec. 1.  Legislative purpose. It is the purpose  of  this
 8    Act  to  provide  for  rehabilitation, habilitation and other
 9    services to persons with  one  or  more  disabilities,  their
10    families and the community.
