 1        AN ACT concerning employment.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The Minimum Wage Law is amended by changing
 5    Section 9 as follows:

 6        (820 ILCS 105/9) (from Ch. 48, par. 1009)
 7        Sec. 9.  Every employer subject to any provision of  this
 8    Act  or of any regulations issued under this Act shall keep a
 9    summary of this Act approved by the Director, and  copies  of
10    any applicable regulations issued under this Act or a summary
11    of  those  such  regulations,  posted  in  a  conspicuous and
12    accessible place in or about the premises wherever any person
13    subject to this Act is employed. Employers shall be furnished
14    copies of such summaries and  regulations  by  the  State  on
15    request without charge.
