 1        AN ACT concerning emergency management.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act
 5    is amended by changing Section 12 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 3305/12) (from Ch. 127, par. 1062)
 7        Sec. 12.   Testing  of  Disaster  Warning  Devices.   The
 8    testing of disaster warning devices including outdoor warning
 9    sirens  shall be held only on the first Tuesday of each month
10    at 10:00 a.m. 10 o'clock in the morning or  during  exercises
11    that  are  specifically  and expressly approved in advance by
12    the Illinois Emergency Management Agency.
