Amends the Unsolicited Credit Card Act of 1977. Makes a stylistic change in the Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT in relation to business.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Unsolicited Credit Card Act of 1977 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Unsolicited Credit Card Act of 1977.
