 1        AN ACT concerning labor.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Department of  Labor  Law  of  the  Civil
 5    Administrative  Code  of  Illinois  is  amended  by  changing
 6    Section 1505-150 as follows:

 7        (20 ILCS 1505/1505-150) (was 20 ILCS 1505/43.20)
 8        Sec.   1505-150.    Complaints  by  child  care  facility
 9    employees.  The  Department  has  the  power  to  investigate
10    complaints,    hold  hearings,  make determinations, and take
11    other actions with respect to  complaints  against  employers
12    filed by employees of child care facilities under pursuant to
13    Section 7.2 of the Child Care Act of 1969.
