SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois were saddened to learn of the death of Steve L. Przewoznik on Friday, April 23, 2004; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Przewoznik valiantly served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II; he was married to Helen (nee Sendra) for 57 years; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Przewoznik was a member and past secretary of the St. Camillus Ushers, the Holy Name Society, the Mother Theresa Dudzik Guild, and the St. Symphorosa Rosary Group; he was a life member and past quarter master of Rhine Post #2729 V.F.W., the Central Stickney Golden V.I.P.'s, the Stickney Township Council on Aging, the Stickney Township Democratic Organization, PNA Seniors, and U.P.A.; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Steve L. Przewoznik has been deeply felt by many, especially his wife, Helen; his brother, Chester (Connie); and his goddaughter, Mary Carol Caprio; he was the dear brother-in-law and uncle of many; his son, Kenneth (Pamela), and his brother, Bill, preceded him in death; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Steve L. Przewoznik, and we extend our deepest sympathy to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Steve L. Przewoznik as an expression of our sincere condolences.
