SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with regret of the death of Jack Cervac of Highwood, formerly of Libertyville, on June 5, 2004; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Cervac was born on July 8, 1929, in Joliet; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Cervac was a loving brother, uncle, and great-uncle; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Jack Cervac has been deeply felt by many, especially his wife, Leonora; his daughters, Rebecca and Lisa; his son, Dana, preceded him in death; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Jack Cervac, and we extend our sincerest condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Jack Cervac as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
