SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with sadness of the death of Tamara Kay Greco on Friday, May 7, 2004; and

WHEREAS, Tamara was born December 13, 1967, in Alton to David A. and Valerie (nee Goeken) Lewis; she married James Jay Greco on June 9, 2000, in Las Vegas, Nevada; and

WHEREAS, Mrs. Greco was an avid sports fan, and she especially enjoyed bowling; she was a member of the Thursday Night Havenettes at Bowl Haven; she also enjoyed camping with her family and friends; her warm smile will always be remembered by her family, friends, and all who loved her; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Tamara Kay Greco has been deeply felt by many, especially her husband, James; her parents, David A. and Valerie Lewis; her children, Nicholas James McKaig, Heather Nicole McKaig, and Taylor Rose Marie Greco; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Christina L. Strow, Sarah and Mark Peipert, and Kerry Lee and Brad Jun; her brothers and sisters-in-law, William "Brad" Lewis, Rollin "Matt" and Debbie Lewis, Chad E. and Beth Lewis, and Anthony D. and Lynn Lewis; her grandparents, George W. Goeken and Charley and Mary Daughhetee; her father-in-law, Jerome J. Greco; her 24 special nieces and nephews; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jon and Jenna Greco; and her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Gina and Jody Hargrave; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Tamara Kay Greco, and we extend our deepest sympathy to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Tamara Kay Greco as an expression of our sincere condolences during their time of bereavement.
