SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with regret of the death of Nikolas Roland "Nik" Eads of Bethalto on Tuesday, August 10, 2004; and

WHEREAS, Nik was born on September 10, 1988 in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Garold L. and Vicki J. (Warnimont) Eads; and

WHEREAS, Nik was going to be a sophomore at Civic Memorial High School, where he was involved in track and football; he also enjoyed fishing, riding go-karts, and motorcycle riding; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Nikolas Eads has been deeply felt by many, especially his parents, Garold and Vicki Eads; his sisters, Haili Eads and Tonya Eads; his maternal grandmother, Donna Warnimont; his special friend, Danielle Pickett; his aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family; and his many friends; he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Marce and Mildred (Krutsinger) Eads, and his maternal grandfather, Roland Warnimont; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Nikolas Roland "Nik" Eads, and we extend our deepest sympathy to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Nik Eads as an expression of our sincerest condolences.
