1 SENATE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois
3 learned with regret of the death of Boleslaw Krzak on Saturday,
4 December 4, 2004; and

5     WHEREAS, The passing of Boleslaw Krzak has been deeply felt
6 by all who knew and loved him, especially his wife, Emilia
7 Krzak; his daughters, Maria Szatko (Tadeusz Szatko), Alice
8 Krzak, and Genevieve Obrochta (Casey Obrochta); and his
9 grandchildren, Robert Szatko, Renee Szatko, Nicole Obrochta,
10 and Casey Obrochta; therefore, be it

11     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL
12 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
13 Boleslaw Krzak, and we extend our sincerest condolences to his
14 family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
15 further

16     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
17 presented to the family of Boleslaw Krzak as an expression of
18 our deepest sympathy for their loss.
