SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

410 ILCS 705/1-1

Amends the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning health.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(410 ILCS 705/1-1)

Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act.
