Amends the Student Transfer Achievement Reform Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Student Transfer Achievement Reform Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(110 ILCS 150/1)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Student Transfer Achievement Reform Act.
