SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

720 ILCS 677/1

Amends the Display of Tobacco Products Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning criminal law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Display of Tobacco Products Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Display of Tobacco Products Act.
