Amends the Whistleblower Reward and Protection Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Whistleblower Reward and Protection Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(740 ILCS 175/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 4101)

Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the the Whistleblower Reward and Protection Act.
