SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 801/1-10

Amends the Department of Natural Resources Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Natural Resources Act is amended by changing Section 1-10 as follows:

(20 ILCS 801/1-10)

Sec. 1-10. Definitions. For the the purposes of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Department" means the Department of Natural Resources.

"Director" means the Director of Natural Resources.
