    Amends the Department of Public Health Act. Makes a technical changein a Section concerning asbestos.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Department of Public Health Act is amended
5 by changing Section 5 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 2305/5)  (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 22.03)
7     Sec. 5. The~~The~~ Department of Public Health shall
8 implement, administer and enforce the provisions of the
9 "Asbestos Abatement Act".
