35 ILCS 516/1

Amends the Mobile Home Local Services Tax Enforcement Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning revenue.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Mobile Home Local Services Tax Enforcement Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Mobile Home Local Services Tax Enforcement Act.
