Amends the School Code. Adds a Section concerning the prohibition of soft drinks. Contains only a caption.

AN ACT concerning schools.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section 10-20.40 as follows:

(105 ILCS 5/10-20.40 new)

Sec. 10-20.40. Soft drinks prohibited.
