1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION

2 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
3 NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
4 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the 2006 report of the
5 Compensation Review Board is hereby disapproved in whole in
6 accordance with Section 5 of the Compensation Review Act; and
7 be it further

8 RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be directed to the
9 Compensation Review Board.
