HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the State of Illinois learned with sadness of the death of Tom Deaton on November 23, 2004; and

WHEREAS, He was born December 5, 1960; and

WHEREAS, He was the Exalted Ruler of Mt. Vernon Lodge No. 819 B.P.O. Elks; his name is now written upon its tablets of love and memory; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Tom Deaton has been felt by all who knew and loved him, especially his wife, Nancy, and his sons, Brian and Blake; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Tom Deaton and we extend our sincerest condolences to his family, friends, and community; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to his family as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
