1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Secretary of State Act is amended by adding
5 Section 17 as follows:

6     (15 ILCS 305/17 new)
7     Sec. 17. The Secretary of State Antique Vehicle Show Fund.
8 The Secretary of State is authorized to create a fund outside
9 the State treasury, to be known as the Secretary of State
10 Antique Vehicle Show Fund. The Fund shall be created and
11 maintained in a manner approved by the Auditor General. The
12 Fund shall be administered by the Secretary of State or his or
13 her designee. Moneys received from entry fees paid by
14 contestants in the Secretary of State Antique Vehicle Show may
15 be deposited into the Fund. Moneys deposited into the Fund
16 shall be used by the Secretary of State Antique Vehicle Show
17 Committee to promote and produce the annual Secretary of State
18 Antique Vehicle Show.

19     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
20 becoming law.
