SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with sadness of the death of Rose M. Quigley of Waukegan on January 13, 2005; and

WHEREAS, She was born December 10, 1946, in Waukegan; and

WHEREAS, Mrs. Quigley was employed at the Great Lakes Naval Base as support staff in accounting; she was a member of Queen of Peace Church in North Chicago; and

WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth and Robert Hough; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Rose M. Quigley is felt by all who knew and loved her, especially her husband, Richard; her son, Richard (Kathy); her granddaughters, Danielle, Christie, Angela, and Sarah; her grandsons, Michael and Brandon; her sisters, Ruth Ringstrom and Roberta (Steve) Rundall; and her niece, Ashley, and nephews, Jeremiah, Eric, and Aaron; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Rose M. Quigley and extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and community; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to her family as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
